Commemorative 50th Anniversary issue of TIME magazine

Mrs. Jan Moran presents commemorative 50th Anniversary issue of March 24, 1961 TIME magazine featuring Mr. Jim Moran on the cover to The Jim Moran Institute.

Following the signing of the $4.25 million lead gift for Florida State University to embark on ‘The Entrepreneurial University’ initiative, Mrs. Jan Moran, wife of automobile industry legend Jim Moran, presented a commemorative 50th Anniversary issue of the March 24, 1961 TIME magazine featuring Mr. Jim Moran on the cover to The Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship. The first and only car dealer ever to appear on the cover of TIME, Jim was recognized in the article for his contributions to the automotive industry and his community. The commemorative 1961 issue will be displayed in The Jim Moran Institute office in the College of Business at The Florida State University.
