Applications Open for Tallahassee SBEP Class XII

Tallahassee, Fla. — The Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship, in Florida State University’s College of Business, is accepting applications for its Small Business Executive Program (SBEP) Class XII in Tallahassee. Application deadline is Feb. 28, 2020.

The SBEP is designed to help for-profit business leaders work on their business while accommodating their busy schedule. Participants learn the Business Model Canvas and are given other tools to emerge as stronger leaders ready to capitalize on business opportunities. They also are exposed to industry experts in marketing, exit strategy, financial analysis and more.

“We look forward to working with our next group of local business leaders in Tallahassee,” said Mike Campbell, director of the Jim Moran Institute’s North Florida Operations. “Participants will be provided a foundation for accomplishing key objectives and growing their organizations.”

Offered at no cost to participants, the program is funded by The Jim Moran Foundation and Jim and Jan Moran. CEOs, small business owners and successors operating for three years or more and with five or more employees are eligible to apply.

A total of 24 participants from non-competing businesses will be accepted into the four-month program. Sessions are four hours each and take place one afternoon a month. The first session starts March 24, and the program runs through June 23.
