Nicolette Hoffman Appointed As Events & Marketing Coordinator


Tallahassee, Fla. — Communications and public relations professional Nicolette Hoffman has joined the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship as an events and marketing coordinator.

“I am thrilled to join the Jim Moran Institute team,” said Hoffman who started in her position on Jan. 21. “I was attracted to the Jim Moran Institute’s dynamic team and variety of programs, and I can’t wait to begin serving the entrepreneurial community throughout Florida and nationally.”

Hoffman has extensive project management experience through her work with Citilabs, a global software company, where she managed client relations and renewals. Her responsibilities also included coordinating all marketing initiatives for the company and planning all Citilabs tradeshows and events.

“Nicolette’s history of project management and event planning makes her a valuable addition to our operations team,” said Melissa Roberts, managing director of the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship, which is a part of the Florida State University College of Business. “Her role will allow us to better serve and connect with small business owners.”

Hoffman has worked with a variety of organizations, including Quest Corporation of America, the United States Senate Commerce Committee and The Hawthorn Group. She is a member and spokesperson for the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America and received the foundation’s 2017 Young Person of the Year Award.

Hoffman holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the University of Florida.
