Geneva Gray serves as Administrative Support of South Florida Operations for the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship in the College of Business at Florida State University. Gray helps support the small business owners and nonprofit leaders of the Small Business Executive Program and the Nonprofit Executive Program primarily in Palm Beach County. Gray has extensive experience creating, managing, and operating small business enterprises, with over 25 years business experience in the personal services industry, and over 15 years administrative and office management experience. She previously served as Coordinator for the Florida Women’s Business Center in Delray Beach, Florida for seven years. Gray managed a family owned retail establishment for 10 years, before going on to establish a successful hair care and personal service businesses in Illinois and Florida. She has in-depth understanding of business start-up, financial management, marketing, and customer service functions. In addition to having considerable technical skills and knowledge related to business and professional services, Gray has a wealth of practical experience coordinating administrative operating systems, reporting, planning, and implementing marketing campaigns, training programs, and special events.
